Treat your tickets like a valuable resource. Once delivered, they’re often not replaceable.
If tickets are lost or delayed due to a seller/courier error, if that happens, we’ll file a claim on your behalf. In such cases, financial liability is limited to the lesser of the ticket’s face value or $100.
