In sporadic cases, an event may be canceled, or we may be unable to fulfill your initial ticket order. This almost never happens, but if it does, we’ll do everything we can to secure you seats that are equal to or better than the ones you have. If that’s not possible, we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund, and let you know as soon as possible.
