After you submit your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number. We’ll start working right away to get your tickets sorted and delivered.
In some cases, tickets might not be immediately available to download. This is completely normal. Many venues and ticket providers hold tickets until closer to the event date to help prevent fraud. If your email includes an "on-hand date," you can expect your tickets on or before that date.
