Most tickets are delivered as mobile transfers sent directly to your email. You’ll receive instructions to access them through the appropriate platform (for example, Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, or a team or event app). For those tickets, you will need an iOS or Android mobile device to enter the arena or theatre.
Don't forget to charge your phone before you leave the house!
Some tickets may also arrive as PDFs or QR codes for instant download.
Some tickets may be ticketless or list local pickup as a delivery method. Usually, this means presenting your ID at the theatre or Arena will-call window.
However, in some markets and for some special events, a ticket seller may have a designated pick-up area at or around the event location. Check your email in advance to ensure you know where to pick up your tickets, and remember you will need your ID.
